Be Bold Fitness has been one of the best decisions I have introduced into my daily lifestyle health and habits. Trainer Flee conducts one on one sessions with her clients and they are tailored to each client. The training that I receive includes strength and conditioning and weight loss management. I began training at the end of April 2021 with three sessions a week and have seen tremendous results. Initially I was dropping weight great. As we continued training, I increased my sessions to four times per week! I have begun to plateau on the weight loss however I continue to lose inches (Inches lost are always a great thing for women)! 

Here I am six months in, and the training has gotten way more intense. You can also get meal plans tailored to you to aid in proper nutrition! Trainer Flee sets different workouts each session and has faith in me, even when I don’t have enough for myself. She brings out your inner beast mode and you get the workout DONE! 

Since Covid-19 is still very active, she takes the proper protocol to keep all clients and herself safe: Masks, disinfectants and steady ventilation. Also, she has a wide variety of music that she allows you to choose from. YOU decide what you want to hear that day which will give you the motivation to knock out your workout of the day!

Felicia is the best trainer in El Paso, Texas. The knowledge and experience that she has in fitness and nutrition is astonishing. She push you when you need to be pushed, motivates you when you are ready to give up, and provides you with the tools for you to start living/eating a healthier lifestyle. Five Star Rating for Felicia Patterson’s BBF program. She is passionate, purposeful, persistent, yet patient! I had been working out since junior high school, played high school and college sports, and spent 32+ years staying fit as a USAF officer and marathon runner.  However, after retirement i sustained a few joint injuries, which really reduced the intensity of my workouts and I was feeling that I was fated to weight gain and the slow decline of my flexibility and strength. In the fall of 2022, I found the BBF program online and reached out to Felicia to explore what might be done to get me back "on track”. In the eight plus months since then, she has guided me to new levels of mobility, strength, and fitness and measurable persistent changes in my body. My waist is smaller, my weight is 5 pounds lower ( trending down further ), and my chest measurement has grown. Yay! Felicia uses her deep knowledge, from personal experience, and her patient but disciplined approach to bring fresh challenges to every workout with suggestions for “homework” to build on the gains made in the personal training sessions. No special diet tricks or health apparatus…just a focus on building sustainable workout habits and continuing to push for full body balance and strength. Don’t waste time and money at a big gym.
