I am a retired veteran with 20+ years of fitness experience—a trainer who works with clients who are new to working out or seasoned but hesitant to start a regiment. I have also earned 400+ hours certifications while pursuing my Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science at Lionel University. My mission is to help clients create a sustainable and fulfilling practice, whether that’s through a combination of strength training, cardio, HIIT, resistance training, or whatever’s calling to you on any given day.
